Service Providers.
At FBDA NDIS Plan Management, we make it easy for you to receive payment for the services and supports you provide to our clients. To submit an invoice for processing, simply email it to invoices@futurebydesign.net.au. Once we receive your invoice, you will receive a confirmation email.
Our team will then process your invoice, once approved by the participant we will upload it to the NDIS within 5 business days. The payment request will then be reviewed and either approved or denied by the NDIS. If approved, the funds will be released to FBDA NDIS Plan Management and transferred to the bank account specified on your invoice within 3 business days. Please note that it can take up to 3 business days for the funds to clear in your account depending on your bank. If you have provided an email address on your invoice you will be sent a remittance advice at the same time as the transfer.
If your payment request is denied, FBDA NDIS Plan Management will forward you an email explaining the issue. We are dedicated to helping you receive payment for the services you provide in a timely and efficient manner.
Your Tax Invoice should include:
Invoice Number
Your individual or company ABN
BSB and Account Number
Contact information including email and direct phone contact number
Participant name and NDIS number
Date and detailed description of supports or services provided
NDIS price guide support item number (e.g. 01_002_0107_1_1)
